The global adventure phenomenon that is all about the city. With 7 events in the UK, 2 in Ireland and a growing number of international dates for 09 and 10 as well as dedicated programmes following the events on Channel 4, the Rat Race has become THE brand synonymous with urban adventure.
These events are totally unique and have spurred 1000s to take part and uncover a secret route through their city, or visit someone else’s! Combining biking, running, navigation, abseiling, kayaking and other challenges, the event essentially transforms great cities into amazing urban adventure playgrounds for the weekend. Open to all abilities, you can choose to take part for 3 hours or over 2 days. With slick production, great courses and surreal challenges, the global rise of the Rat is sure to continue unabated.
